The Environmental Problem

1) Discarded menstrual products are the fifth most common plastic waste product found in the ocean. We discard 7 Billion annually in the United States alone.

3) Since inorganic cotton is an extremely pesticide heavy crop, it rapidly destroys our vital top soils, and pollutes our water systems.

4) Many tampons contain chemicals such as dioxin, chlorine and rayon. These chemicals can leach into our groundwater and air as they sit in the landfill.

5) Inorganic cotton is extremely water intensive, requiring 3 quarts of water to grow just one small cotton bud.

Works well

They are great. I am not hugely particular about what kind of menstrual product to use and switch between pads and tampons, and I like both from this brand. The pads and the tampons and their applicators are all natural, soft and comfortable, which is the most important thing for me when it comes to products for my period as they are going in a delicate area.

Super easy to use

I love these tampons! I buy two packs and I split up the regulars and the supers so it’s more organized! I would like more in the containers but it works for me! They hold up very well and do not hurt to insert.

FLO Eco-Applicator Tampons Lighter Days

I wish I had known about this sooner.
This material is sooooooo soft that it’s like wearing cotton.
Tampons are very comfortable to use and pads are a game changer. Never liked wearing them because of that “plasticky” material therefore non-breathable material… but these… amazing!

Although, they aren’t as absorbing but if you change it (either pads or tampons) every 2-3hrs (how it’s supposed to be) it’s absolutely 💯 fine!

FLO Eco-Applicator Tampons Superbabe

I love the idea behind these products. They sound exactly what I've been looking for. On light and medium flow days they are perfect however on heavy flow days the super tampons need changing every hour as they are not as absorbent as other super tampons. I'd love it if Flo came up with a super plus that could handle at least 2 hours.

Amazingly Comfortable!

⁦I am so impressed with these tampons, everything from the fit, the shape of the applicator and the overall comfort is 100% for my needs! I haven’t found them to leak but I don’t leave them in for hours at a time. I find other brands of tampons feel dry and really uncomfortable to wear, their applicators horrible and scratchy but Flo ticks all the boxes.
