Shipping Policy
If an order is placed on a weekday before Friday afternoon, it will be packed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after Friday afternoon or on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
After shipment, please allow 2-7 business days for the package to reach its destination. Please note that Ecoternatives only ships goods to the US, UK, and Canada.
Return Policy
Ecoternatives provides a 30-day hassle-free window for all products, beginning from the package arrival date.
If a product arrives damaged, we'll take care of the return shipping with a pre-paid label. If a return is initiated for another reason, such as an accidental purchase, we kindly request our customers cover the cost of the return shipping.
