The Here We Flo team is absolutely killing it in the zero waste menstrual care space. They're the incredibly fast growing startup known for clean products that actually work. Being featured in Vogue, Glamour, The Independent, is no simple feat!
Today, pads are made of up to 90% plastic, excluding the plastic wrapping. And don't even get us started on the manufacturing.
But that doesn't matter anymore, because Flo's pads will be your new favorite pads. Made of 100% organic bamboo, plant-based, and vegan period pads. All packaged in biodegradable plant-starch wrappers.
This product includes no synthetic fibers, chemical residues, dyes, pesticides, chlorine bleach, animal testing, or fragrances.
10 day pads + 5 night pads.
Pads are made with Ethically harvested Edge-Grown Bamboo (meaning it doesn't replace food crops). Certified by Oeko-Tex and Ecocert. Bamboo also has an incredibly low environmental impact compared to cotton.
Here We Flo also donates 5% of their profits to menstrual & lgbtq+ charities!
Organic bamboo & biodegradable plant-starch wrappers.

1) Discarded menstrual products are the fifth most common plastic waste product found in the ocean. We discard 12 Billion pads annually in the United States alone.
2) 85% of sanitary pads contain Monstanto's 'cancer causing' glyphosate pesticide in it.
3) Since inorganic cotton is an extremely pesticide heavy crop, it rapidly destroys our vital top soils, and pollutes our water systems.
4) Many pads contain chemicals such as dioxin, chlorine and rayon. These chemicals can leach into our groundwater and air as they sit in the landfill.
5) Inorganic cotton is extremely water intensive, requiring 3 quarts of water to grow just one small cotton bud.
Love the cute packaging but definitely not enough to use for one period.
Here we flo pads have been life changing - to say the least. Using these really made me realise how I was responding to chemicals from my usual pads! I’ve noticed less cramping and bleeding since switching over. Natural is the way to go!
I have long work days where I am not always able to get to the bathroom to change my pad every few hours. These are perfect! They are absorbent and feel so soft and dry throughout the day. Definitely recommend.
These are the first pads I've got where I don't have to worry anymore at night or during the day when heavy. I'm definitely giving this a 10/10
These are very comfortable and super absorbent, perfect for my heavier days! I highly recommend.
